Street Art in Porto

Whilst walking around Porto recently, I was amazed by the vast amount of street art and graffiti.  So much so that I took photos and thought I would share some of them.

There are quite a few paintings of a cockerel, as in this first photo.  This is the Barcelos Cockerel, which is a symbol of Portugal and represents faith, justice and good luck.  It is based on a 13th Century legend.
